Released in October 2001, The Engine is the second
component in the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix Collection commemorating
the 2001 Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix, The Engine is a high
fired stoneware decanter filled with 500ml of Bullocks Tawny Port
(Bar Piece No 18). It is finished in highly reflective materials
such as black and grey glazes and liberal amounts of platinum
to create the chrome effect. The collection is modelled upon a
1958 V-Twin Grand Prix classic, of which 'The Engine' is indicative
to the vintage.
